Malagousia grows at the foot of Mount Symvolo in front of the sea at an elevation of 250 meters on a hill called ASVESTARIA. It was planted in 2015 and it is a vineyard with low yields and a special microclimate with numerous summer winds.
Classic white wine vinification with selected yeast strains. Wine storage in stainless steel tanks on wine lees for at least 4 months.
