bringing to every glass the essence of the Macedonian land and the story of the people who nurture it.
Vineyards and Winery
Beneath the imposing mountain range of Symbolo, at an altitude ranging from 200 to 400 meters and just one kilometer from the Aegean Sea, stretches the privately owned vineyard of the Tsikrikonis family. A privileged piece of land where the mountain meets the sea, and the winds shift gently, creating ideal conditions for vine cultivation.
The vineyard covers 120 acres and is divided into four distinct vineyard plots, each with its own unique identity and microclimate. The grape varieties are carefully planted according to orientation, slope, and soil composition, allowing each vine to yield the best possible fruit.

Our Wines
The guiding principle and philosophy of our winery is the production of high-quality wines, with absolute respect for the environment and a deep commitment to showcasing our land through every product we create. Each drop of wine reflects the care, experience, and passion of the Tsikrikonis family for viticulture and winemaking.
All grapes sourced from our partner vineyards are carefully inspected by Stathis Tsikrikonis himself, who, with his long-standing experience in winemaking and vine cultivation, personally oversees every stage of the process to ensure the consistent quality and authenticity of each vintage.
The majority of our grapes come from the winery’s own private vineyards, which are renowned for their meticulous cultivation and care. There, with respect for the land and love for the vine, are born the wines that embody the unique terroir, the character, and the history of the Tsikrikonis family.
