Soft and delicious in the mouth, with spicy creamy floral fruit and vivid acidity complimented by botanical and mineral elements in a full body, with moderate, mineral aftertaste and floral, light botanical points.

Malagousia grows at the foot of Mount Symvolo in front of the sea at an elevation of 250 meters on a hill called ASVESTARIA. It was planted in 2015 and it is a vineyard with low yields and a special microclimate with numerous summer winds.

Classic white wine vinification with selected yeast strains. Wine storage in stainless steel tanks on wine lees for at least 4 months.
