Vineyards
Beneath the mountainous mass of Mount Symbolo, at an altitude of up to 350 meters and just 3 kilometers from the Aegean Sea, lies the privately owned vineyard of the Tsikrikonis family. Covering an area of 100 stremmas, the vineyard is divided into four distinct plots. Greek varieties such as Rozaki of Kavala, Assyrtiko, Malagousia, Muscat of Samos, and Malvasia, along with international ones like Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, grace the vines of the estate.
The vineyard's history begins in the 1950s, when the first vines were planted. The ideal humidity from the sea during the day and the gentle mountain breezes at night create the perfect climate for vine cultivation.
Winery
The winery is located just 1 kilometer from the privately owned vineyard plots, on a 10-stremma estate nestled within an old olive grove. It is a fully integrated facility that includes areas for grape reception and processing, winemaking and bottling zones, as well as storage and aging cellars.
Next to the winery lies the family’s traditional distillery, where tsipouro is produced for private use.
