A New Venture…!
For the first time at the winery, the Xinomavro variety makes its debut. Two new experimental vinifications are taking place: a rosé and a red wine made from Xinomavro grapes. In the same year, 784 bottles of the rosé are bottled and released to the market, where they sell out immediately, while at the same time, the journey of the red Xinomavro begins.
